β Return Eligibility
- You can return most items within 90 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Products must be returned in the same condition they were received (including packaging condition).
- All parts, accessories, and original contents must be included.

- Return approval is subject to review by GreenCommerce.
- In some cases, we may request photo proof before approving a return.
- A Return Authorization (RMA) is required before sending any item back.
- Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
π Refunds & Replacements
- If a returned item meets all conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- If a replacement item is unavailable (due to stock limitations), a full refund will be issued instead.
- Refunds may take 5β10 business days (or up to 1β2 billing cycles depending on your bank).

- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the reason for return.
- Full return instructions will be provided after approval.
β Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Bulk orders (4 or more of the same item)
- Trading cards (due to tampering risks)
- Items missing original packaging or parts

This return policy does not apply to orders shipped to third-party shipping agents, reshippers, or forwarding services. Once delivered to the provided address, responsibility transfers to the customer.
